abstract A main object of the present invention is to provide a dielectric ceramic composition excellent in chemical durability that can be sintered at a low temperature without increasing the amount of subcomponents added. The main component includes a component represented by the compositional formula {α (xBaO · yNd 2 O 3 · zTiO 2 ) + β (2MgO · SiO 2 )}, and contains BaO, Nd 2 O 3 , and TiO 2 .
