titleOfInvention | Hinge-type solenoid and a prize-winning device for a gaming machine having the same |
abstract | A hinge having a holding structure that enables smooth movement of a movable plate over a long period of time while avoiding troublesome metal processing work and mounting work such as bending or caulking a movable plate or a housing, and suppressing manufacturing costs. A game machine and a winning device for a gaming machine equipped with the hinge solenoid are provided. A flat rectangular hole 50 that is wider than the narrow portion 40b and narrower than the wide portion 40a and opens larger than the plate thickness of the flapper 4 is formed through the lower portion of the flapper holder 5. The intermediate bent portion 40 (fulcrum portion 40 c) of the flapper 4 inserted through the rectangular hole 50 is swingably held by the flapper holder 5. When the flapper 4 is inserted from the magnet facing portion 42 side into the rectangular hole 50, the wall surface 43 a on the wide portion 40 a side forming the cutout groove 43 in the intermediate bent portion 40 contacts the surface of the flapper holder 5 at the peripheral portion of the rectangular hole 50. It stops in contact with it and swings around the fulcrum 40c. [Selection] Figure 2 |
