Primer set, target nucleic acid sequence amplification method and mutant nucleic acid detection method using the same |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer set capable of easily designing a primer and shortening an amplification distance. [Solution] A primer set used in a method for isothermal amplification of a target nucleic acid sequence 4, wherein the primer set includes a first primer 1F and a second primer 1R, and the first primer 1F is located on the 3 ′ side of the target nucleic acid sequence. A sequence (A ′) capable of hybridizing to the sequence (A) on the 3 ′ side, and the second primer 1R has an extended strand of the first primer or a complementary strand of the target nucleic acid sequence 4 on the 3 ′ side. A sequence (B ′) capable of hybridizing to the sequence (B) on the 3 ′ side, and the first primer 1F and the second primer 1R are substantially identical to each other on the 5 ′ side ( C).
