Mixture of binding proteins |
abstract |
A method is provided for generating a cell library that expresses at least two distinct single polypeptide chain binding proteins. A library is created by integrating nucleic acid sequences encoding polypeptide chains into the genome of a host cell and selecting cells that have successfully integrated these nucleic acids. The selected cells are preferably subjected to a cloning process. A mixture of binding proteins is produced without having to produce each of the components of the mixture individually. Along with this, there is also provided a cell library in which each cell essentially encodes at least two single polypeptide chain binding proteins with different target epitopes, with at least two separate single polypeptide chain bindings having different target epitopes. A composition comprising the protein is made. [Selection] Figure 2 |
