titleOfInvention | APP Localization Detection Method |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for obtaining the localization information of APP which seems to be useful for elucidation of APP function, role, metabolic regulation and the like. [Problem solving means] The present invention provides a method for detecting APP comprising the following steps. (A) reacting APP in a cell with an antibody that recognizes any part of the APP amino acid sequence at positions 1-210 (excluding 66-81); (B) forming a complex of the antibody and APP; (C) detecting the complex; and (d) identifying the complex detection site and obtaining APP localization information. |
