The present invention provides a rebaudioside A which is a main component of sweetness of stevia extract, a technique for improving sweetness of stevia extract itself, and a technique for accelerating the expression of sweetness of stevia extract. SOLUTION: Rebaudioside A, which is a sweetness main component of stevia extract, and mogroside V, which is a sweetness main component of Rakan fruit extract, are in a weight ratio of 95: 5 to 60:40. By blending, a composition excellent in sweetness quality can be obtained, and by using it as a sweetener, good sweetness can be imparted to various products such as foods, pharmaceuticals or quasi drugs.
