Ultrasonic vibration device and ultrasonic medical device |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit deformation in an in-plane direction of a piezoelectric vibrator and to minimize extra stress between adjacent vibrators, prevent damage during driving, and more efficiently in a vibrator stacking direction. Of an ultrasonic vibration device capable of obtaining the above-described deformation and an ultrasonic medical apparatus using the ultrasonic vibration device. SOLUTION: A plurality of piezoelectric single crystal plates 44a to 44f are stacked so that polarization components are alternately inverted, and are orthogonal to the direction of voltage application from electrodes 45a and 45b interposed between the plurality of piezoelectric single crystal plates. An ultrasonic vibration device 2 in which a plurality of piezoelectric single crystal plates 44a to 44f are laminated so as to coincide with a direction in which strain deformation in the direction to be maximized coincides, and an ultrasonic medical device 1 including the ultrasonic vibration device 2.
