abstract |
The present invention provides an electrophotographic photosensitive member with little change in characteristics even after repeated use, and with little increase in residual potential and occurrence of black spot images, and has an intermediate layer 2 and a photosensitive layer 3 on a conductive support. In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, the intermediate layer 2 contains an inorganic pigment and a binder resin, and the volume ratio of the inorganic pigment in the intermediate layer 2 is 30% by volume or more and 50% by volume or less. The titanium oxide content is 70% by mass or more and 90% by mass or less, the specific surface area of the inorganic pigment is 70 m 2 / g or more and 140 m 2 / g or less, and the intermediate layer 2 has an electric field strength of 2.5. An electrophotographic photosensitive member having a volume resistivity at 5 × 10 11 Ωcm or more and 1 × 10 13 Ωcm or less at × 10 5 V / cm. [Selection] Figure 1 |
