abstract | Impurities that can be removed from the inside of a distillation column when the target product is separated from a mixed gas containing a solid content or a component capable of forming a solid content by polymerization during distillation in a distillation column Provision of removal methods. A mixed gas containing a solid content or a component capable of forming a solid content by polymerization as an impurity is supplied from the outside of the distillation column 11 to the inside below the first packed bed 12 and distilled. A gas containing the target product is extracted from the first discharge line 14 to the outside of the distillation column 11, a liquid containing the impurities is extracted from the second discharge line 15 to the outside of the distillation column 11, and at least a part thereof is circulated. The liquid is supplied to the first packed bed 12 as a liquid from above, and the impurities trapped in the first packed bed 12 are washed away by the circulating liquid and the reflux liquid from the upper part of the distillation column 11, and the obtained impurities are removed. The contained liquid is extracted from the second discharge line 15 to the outside of the distillation column 11 to remove the impurities from the inside of the distillation column 11.
