titleOfInvention Lipid bilayer substrate, lipid bilayer substrate manufacturing method, and hydrogel substrate
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a lipid bilayer membrane substrate with improved stability of the lipid bilayer membrane, a method for producing the lipid bilayer membrane substrate, and a hydrogel substrate used in the production method. Yes. (1) A lipid bilayer membrane substrate 1 in which a hole 20 is provided in a substrate 10 and an opening 21 of the hole 20 is covered with a lipid bilayer membrane 30. The lipid bilayer membrane substrate 1 is characterized by being filled with a hydrogel 22. (2) The lipid bilayer membrane substrate, wherein the lipid bilayer membrane 30 and the hydrogel 22 are in contact with each other at the opening 21. (3) The lipid bilayer membrane substrate, wherein an overhang portion 11a extending in a direction of narrowing the opening is provided in the opening 21 of the hole portion 20. (4) The lipid bilayer membrane substrate, wherein a membrane protein 31 is disposed in a portion of the lipid bilayer membrane 30 covering the opening 21. [Selection] Figure 1
