abstract | Disclosed is a polyethylene naphthalate film to which a softening agent is attached that can provide a laminated structure having high peel strength between an insulating film and a metal foil and high adhesion between the insulating film and a heat conductor. A polyethylene naphthalate film 31 to which a softening agent according to the present invention is attached is attached to a polyethylene naphthalate film 2 that is an insulating film and a first main surface 2a side of the polyethylene naphthalate film 2, A softening agent 32 that softens the first main surface 2a of the polyethylene naphthalate film 2 by heating, and an adhesion improver 33 attached to the second main surface 2b side of the polyethylene naphthalate film 2 are provided. The adhesion improver 32 attached to the second main surface 2a side of the polyethylene naphthalate film 2 contains an organic aluminate compound, an organic titanate compound, an organic zirconate compound, or an organic silane compound.
