A vehicle-to-vehicle power transmission / reception system capable of suppressing a situation in which a power transmission vehicle cannot transmit a power amount necessary for a power receiving vehicle. A center-side system predicts a power consumption of a battery by moving to a power receiving point for a candidate vehicle that is a candidate for a power transmission vehicle, and the predicted power consumption and a current status of the candidate vehicle. The surplus power amount of the candidate vehicle at the power receiving point is predicted from the surplus power amount. Then, the power reception required power amount of the power receiving vehicle is compared with the surplus power amount at the power transmission / reception point of the candidate vehicle, and the candidate vehicles having a surplus power amount larger than the power reception required power are narrowed down (S403). The narrowing-down result is notified to the vehicle-side system 100 of the power receiving vehicle, and the user of the power receiving vehicle selects the power transmitting vehicle from the narrowed secondary candidate vehicles (S406).
