abstract |
There is provided a sensory stimulus component evaluation method capable of objectively and specifically evaluating a difference in sensory stimulus, particularly an arrival time until the intensity of the sensory stimulus is maximized. The maximum arrival time of the sensory stimulus intensity of the test component is evaluated using as an index the distribution coefficient (LogP) obtained from the measurement result of the test component by high performance liquid chromatography.
