abstract 【Task】 An object of the present invention is to provide a waste treatment method that improves the thermal efficiency of pruned branch and hay waste. [Solution] In the waste treatment method, pruned branches and hay waste are crushed, the crushed waste is sieved, and the waste having a size of about 7 mm to about 15 mm obtained by the sieving is placed in a combustion chamber. The waste can be treated by supplying and floating combustion, and exchanging heat of combustion by the floating combustion with water in the boiler. [Selection] Figure 1
