titleOfInvention | Exhaust gas purification catalyst and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides an exhaust gas purification catalyst containing calcium ferrite as a catalyst component, the exhaust gas purification catalyst having further improved catalytic activity, and a method for producing the same. An exhaust gas comprising calcium ferrite having a specific surface area of 10 m 2 / g or more, wherein no diffraction peak other than Ca 2 Fe 2 O 5 is observed in X-ray diffraction measurement of the calcium ferrite by CuKα rays. A purification catalyst is provided. (A) a step of forming a precipitate from a solution containing a calcium salt, (b) a step of forming a precipitate from a solution containing an iron salt, (c) a solution and a step including the precipitate of step (a) ( a step of mixing a solution containing the precipitate of b) to form a precipitate mixture, and (d) a step of drying and firing the precipitate mixture to produce calcium ferrite having a composition of Ca 2 Fe 2 O 5. A method for producing an exhaust gas purifying catalyst is further provided. [Selection] Figure 2 |
