abstract | A method for the colorimetric determination of the amount of glycated hemoglobin which may be present in a measurement sample and is not easily affected by glycated amino acids and / or glycated peptides not derived from glycated hemoglobin, and which has excellent storage stability. A measurement method and a measurement kit are provided. A measurement sample, a pretreatment liquid (a), and a pretreatment liquid (a) containing at least a glycated amino acid oxidase and a test piece (b) made of a polymer substrate carrying at least a protease are used. A method for measuring glycated hemoglobin, which comprises a step of mixing the sample at a volume ratio of 1: 1 to 1:15 and a step of spotting a mixed solution of the measurement sample and the pretreatment liquid (a) on the test piece (b).
