abstract |
A regulator circuit of a conventional semiconductor integrated circuit has a problem that the output voltage control accuracy cannot be sufficiently increased. A semiconductor integrated circuit according to the present invention includes a plurality of output transistors PM that control the magnitude of an output voltage VDDM with respect to the magnitude of a load current Iload according to a control value PL indicated by an impedance control signal applied to a control terminal. A voltage monitor circuit 12 that outputs an output voltage monitor value VM that indicates the voltage value of the output voltage VDDM, a reference voltage Vref that indicates a target value of the output voltage VDDM, and an output voltage monitor value VM. And a control circuit 10 for controlling the magnitude of the control value PL according to the magnitude, and controlling which of the plurality of output transistors PM is turned on by the control value PL.
