abstract |
The present invention provides a lubricated steel sheet for plastic working that can prevent seizure and mold galling in multi-stage press forming under high surface pressure without performing a reactive soap treatment that is a long-time treatment. An island-like zinc phosphate crystal and a lubricating film covering the same are formed on a steel plate surface. The lubricating film comprises a binder and a lubricating component, and 50% by mass or more of the binder is an inorganic binder. The amount of island-shaped zinc phosphate crystals is 1.5 g / m 2 to 6.0 g / m 2 and the amount of lubricant coating is 2.0 g / m 2 to 6.0 g / m 2. The cross-sectional thickness of the mixed layer corresponding to the portion in which the gap between the acid Zn crystals is filled with the lubricating film is 0.3 μm or more.
