abstract The present invention provides a wooden decorative board in which the peel strength of a clear layer with respect to a veneer is sufficiently increased. A synthetic resin base material layer is laminated on the back surface of a veneer by injection molding, and a coating layer made of a two-component curable acrylic urethane paint is laminated on the surface of the veneer. Further, a clear layer 24 made of an acrylic resin was laminated on the surface of the coating film layer 16 on the side opposite to the protruding plate 12 side by injection molding.
