A power storage device having a large electric capacity is provided. A positive electrode material including graphite, of at least one metal element selected from Ti, Zr, V, Cr, Mo, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Sn, Sb, Bi, W, and Ta. An electricity storage device including an oxide, preferably a negative electrode material including a metal oxide containing at least Ti as a metal element, and an electrolytic solution. [Effect] This electricity storage device has a large electric capacity, a high discharge voltage, a large amount of energy, high energy density, and excellent cycle characteristics and rate characteristics.
