titleOfInvention | Laminated body with holes and method for producing the same, multilayer substrate and method for producing the same, and composition for forming an underlayer |
abstract | Provided is a method for manufacturing a laminated body with holes in which the shape accuracy of holes formed by laser processing is excellent and the adhesion of metal layers to be laminated is excellent, and a laminated body with holes obtained from the manufacturing method. . A first metal layer, a base layer containing a resin and metal oxide particles, and a layer to be plated having a group that interacts with a plating catalyst or a precursor thereof are provided in this order. The pre-processing laminate 10 is subjected to laser processing, and includes a hole forming step for forming a hole 22 that reaches the surface of the first metal layer 14 from the surface on the plated layer 18 side of the pre-processing laminate 10. The Young's modulus of the base layer 16 is 2.00 to 4.00 GPa, the average primary particle diameter of the metal oxide particles is 100 nm or less, and the content of the metal oxide particles in the base layer 16 is 100 parts by mass of the resin. On the other hand, the manufacturing method of the laminated body 20 with a hole which is 5-30 mass parts. [Selection] Figure 1 |
