abstract |
A thermoelectric conversion element capable of realizing a high power factor and a method for manufacturing the thermoelectric conversion element are provided. A pentacene thin film having a film thickness of 6 nm is formed on a glass substrate 2 having a FDTS film 6 formed on the surface thereof by a vacuum evaporation method, and a film is formed on the upper layer of the pentacene thin film 3 by a vacuum evaporation method. An F 4 -TCNQ thin film 4 having a thickness of 2 nm is formed. Further, an Au electrode 5 having a thickness of 50 nm is formed as an extraction electrode on the upper layer of the F 4 -TCNQ thin film 4. [Selection] Figure 1 |
