titleOfInvention Suspended particulate matter measuring apparatus and suspended particulate matter measuring method
abstract In a suspended particulate matter measuring apparatus and suspended particulate matter measuring method, the particle size distribution of the suspended particulate matter can be easily measured. A discharge needle 3 that generates a discharge in the atmosphere, a first mesh electrode 4 through which suspended particulate matter P contained in the atmosphere circulates, and a discharge needle 3 as compared with the first mesh electrode 4. A second mesh electrode 5 that is provided remotely and through which suspended particulate matter P circulates, and a QCM sensor that is provided farther from the discharge needle 3 than the second mesh electrode 5 and to which suspended particulate matter P adheres 6, between the discharge needle 3 and the first mesh electrode 4, between the first mesh electrode 4 and the second mesh electrode 5, and between the second mesh electrode 5 and the QCM sensor 6. The suspended particulate matter measuring device includes a voltage generation unit 11 that gives a potential difference to the first and second measurement units 12a that measure the particle size distribution of the suspended particulate matter P based on a change in the resonance frequency of the QCM sensor 6.
