abstract | Provided is a laminate in which an insulating layer has high thermal conductivity and high adhesion between an insulating layer and a conductive layer. A laminated body according to the present invention includes a thermal conductor, a first insulating layer, and a second insulating layer having a thermal conductivity of 10 W / m · K or more. The first and second insulating layers 3 and 4 are formed using the same curable composition. Each of the first and second insulating layers 3 and 4 includes an inorganic filler having a thermal conductivity of 10 W / m · K or more. The curing rate of the first insulating layer 3 is 50% or more, and the curing rate of the second insulating layer 4 is less than 80%.
