abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a nutritional supplement that can be consumed at any time and anywhere in a state where vegetables necessary for prevention of lifestyle-related diseases can be chewed in a balanced manner. A variety of vegetables are cooked separately, each of the cooked vegetables is formed into blocks of a predetermined size, and the formed blocks are packed together in a container, and then the gel is poured into the container. The entire block is covered with an agent. The vegetable may include ginseng, parsley, spinach, pumpkin, Japanese mustard spinach, red pepper and broccoli containing β-carotene and other antioxidant vitamins, capsanthin, or lutein. It is also preferred that komatsuna, diet beans, parsley, spinach, broccoli, and pumpkin containing dietary fiber are included. [Selection] Figure 4 |
