abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for producing biohydrogen from apple which is biomass without using pathogenic microorganisms and without using fermentation starters such as inoculum and activated sludge. SOLUTION: A method for producing hydrogen gas by fermenting apple pomace and apple juice or a mixture thereof without administering an inoculum for hydrogen fermentation to biomass, and without the operation of inoculating the inoculum. Fermentation and management can be omitted. In addition, since microorganisms involved in fermentation are non-pathogenic, fermentation, hydrogen production, and post-treatment operations can be performed safely. [Selection] Figure 1 |
