titleOfInvention Semiconductor device, X-ray camera and electronic device
abstract Provided are a semiconductor device and a driving method thereof that can increase a signal amplitude value and a linear input / output relationship while preventing an increase in signal writing time. In a semiconductor device having an amplifying transistor and a biasing transistor, a discharging transistor is provided to perform pre-discharge. Alternatively, in a semiconductor device having an amplifying transistor and a biasing transistor, predischarge is performed by bringing the potential of the bias side power supply line connected to the biasing transistor close to the potential of the amplification side power supply line connected to the amplifying transistor.
