abstract |
[Problem] To provide a method for creating a color scale that can be used as a more objective criterion for analyzing the color change characteristics of a gum with the progress of chewing in a toothed jaw and using it to evaluate the chewing force of a color change chewing gum . [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Multiple chewing gums are chewed by a plurality of toothed jaws, a regression equation is obtained between the color exhibited by the chewing gum and the color difference between the chewing gums before and after chewing, and the chewing frequency and the color difference between the chewing gums before and after chewing.
