titleOfInvention | Rubber composition and method for producing rubber composition |
abstract | The present invention provides a rubber composition that improves the reactivity between a silane coupling agent and an inorganic filler such as silica and is excellent in low heat buildup. SOLUTION: A rubber component (A), a phosphorous acid compound (B) represented by the following general formula (1) or a salt of the phosphorous acid compound (B), and an inorganic filler (C). A rubber composition containing a filler and a silane coupling agent (D). (Wherein X 1 , X 2 and X 3 are each independently an oxygen atom or —CH 2 —, and Y 1 , Y 2 and Y 3 are each independently a single bond, a straight chain having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. It is at least one selected from a chain or branched aliphatic hydrocarbon and an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, and Z 1 , Z 2 and Z 3 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a carbon number of 1 -6 at least one selected from linear or branched aliphatic hydrocarbon groups and carboxyl groups.)
