Disclosed is a cell membrane-permeable boron preparation that permeates the cell membrane and is localized in the cell, particularly in the nucleus. A cell membrane permeable boron peptide comprising a cell membrane permeable peptide and a boron compound. The cell membrane-penetrating peptide is, for example, an amino acid sequence in which 9 to 13 residues of TAT or arginine are continuous, and the boron compound is, for example, mercaptoundecahydrododecaborate. A cell membrane permeable boron peptide containing a cell membrane permeable peptide and a boron compound can be combined with at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient or the like to form a boron preparation.
