abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a plant vitality agent and a fertilizer that are remarkably excellent in plant growth promoting ability. A plant vital agent and a fertilizer, which are aqueous solutions containing 50 to 500 ppm of amino acids, 1.0 to 50 ppm of fulvic acid, and 50 to 1000 ppm of choline. The aqueous solution may further contain a mineral. Moreover, the concentrated liquid agent which comprises the said plant vitality agent or fertilizer by diluting with water.
