titleOfInvention | Dye-sensitized solar cell |
abstract | Disclosed is a dye-sensitized solar cell having excellent durability even when used in a high temperature environment. A conductive substrate, an oxide semiconductor layer provided on a surface of a conductive substrate, and a current collector provided on the surface of the conductive substrate and around the oxide semiconductor layer. A first electrode 10 having a wiring portion 14 having an insulating wiring protective layer 16 that covers and protects the wiring 15 and the current collecting wiring 15, a second electrode 20 facing the first electrode 10, and a sealing portion 40. And the electrolyte 30, the thickness of the wiring portion 14 from the surface 17 a of the conductive substrate 17 is larger than the thickness of the oxide semiconductor layer 13, and the second electrode 20 is a flexible electrode having flexibility. A rigid member 50 having higher rigidity than the flexible electrode 20 is fixed to the surface 20a of the flexible electrode opposite to the electrolyte 30, and the rigid member 50 is flexible at least partially with the wiring portion 14. It overlaps through the conductive electrode 20 Sensitized are provided dye solar cell 100. [Selection] Figure 1 |
