PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic for eyelashes which is excellent in curl fixing force and gloss effect of eyelashes, has good liquid swell, has a volume and is excellent in long effect. SOLUTION: (a) 3-15% by mass of a dextrin fatty acid ester, (b) 0.15-9% by mass of a siliconized polysaccharide compound, and (c) one or two kinds of powders selected from talc and kaolin. 0 to 8.0% by mass, (d) 3.0 to 10.0% by mass of water, and (e) 0.5 to 2.0% by mass of a fiber having a length of 4 mm or more are blended.
