titleOfInvention | Dry analytical element and biochemical analyzer |
abstract | By devising a dry analytical element side, a plurality of types of color reactions can be confirmed without increasing the cost of a biochemical analyzer. A reaction layer 1b is laminated on a light-transmitting support layer 1c made of a plastic sheet such as an organic polymer sheet such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polystyrene by coating or bonding, and a development layer is further formed thereon. In the dry analytical element 1 in which la is laminated by a laminating method or the like, the reaction layer 1b contains the fluorescent substance 1d, and the reaction layer 1b converts the wavelength of the measurement light into a wavelength corresponding to the dye generated by the color reaction. It also functions as a wavelength conversion layer. [Selection] Figure 2 |
