titleOfInvention | Polyolefin composite fiber and nonwoven fabric |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to develop a polyolefin composite fiber using a biomass-derived material as a raw material, thereby reducing the consumption of petroleum resources while maintaining performance equivalent to that of a conventional polyolefin composite fiber, and reducing the amount of carbon dioxide after disposal. It is an object of the present invention to provide a composite fiber capable of suppressing the net increase in carbon and a non-woven fabric comprising the same. The object is to provide a composite fiber comprising two types of polyolefins having different melting points, using as a raw material a component derived from biomass containing radioactive carbon (carbon 14) measured by an accelerator mass spectrometer (AMS). Of the two types of polyolefins, the low melting point polyolefin constitutes at least a part of the outer periphery of the fiber cross section, and the other part of the fiber cross section has a higher melting point than the low melting point polyolefin. It can be solved by a composite fiber characterized by comprising: [Selection figure] None |
