abstract |
The present invention provides a resin composition capable of forming a cured resin having high thermal conductivity and high electrical insulation. A resin composition includes a bifunctional epoxy resin having a biphenyl skeleton, a phenol resin, and a particle diameter D50 corresponding to 50% cumulative from a small particle size side of a weight cumulative particle size distribution of 0.1 μm to 30 μm.
