Endoluminal prosthesis with a bifurcated section that can be turned |
abstract |
An endoluminal prosthesis having a bifurcated portion that can be turned. An endoluminal prosthesis includes a tubular main graft body having a side wall and proximal and distal ends. A first stent is disposed near the proximal end of the main graft body. A second stent is disposed adjacent to the distal side of the first stent. The hole provided in the side wall is arranged between the peak portion of the first stent and the valley portion of the second stent in the longitudinal direction. A tubular branch is disposed in the hole. The bifurcation has first and second end openings. The bifurcation includes a retrograde configuration in which the first end opening is oriented toward the distal end and the second end opening is oriented toward the proximal end, and the first end It can be flexibly oriented between an antegrade configuration in which a part opening is oriented towards the proximal end and the second end opening is oriented towards the distal end.
