A dicarboxylic acid component including a monocyclic aromatic dicarboxylic acid component and a dicarboxylic acid component having a fluorene skeleton, and a diol component including a compound having a 9,9-bis (hydroxy (poly) alkoxyaryl) fluorene skeleton In the polyester resin having a polymerization component as a polymerization component, the proportion of the monocyclic aromatic dicarboxylic acid component is 30 mol% or more based on the total amount of the dicarboxylic acid component, and it has a monocyclic aromatic dicarboxylic acid component and a fluorene skeleton.
