When a triacetyl cellulose substrate and a polarizing plate are laminated via an adhesive layer, and a glass substrate is further laminated on the surface of the polarizing plate, a peroxide is used even under high temperature and high humidity. Therefore, the present invention provides a laminate that can relieve the shrinkage stress of the triacetyl cellulose base material and prevent the adhesive film of the TAC base material from floating from the adherend. In the laminate of the present invention, an adhesive layer 12 is formed on a triacetyl cellulose base material 11, and this adhesive layer 12 comprises an acrylic adhesive, an isocyanate curing agent, and an acrylic copolymer. The tan δ (60 ° C.) / Tan δ (20 ° C.), which is the ratio of the loss tangent at 60 ° C. to the loss tangent at 20 ° C. of the adhesive layer 12, is 1.1 or more and less than 1.3.
