abstract [PROBLEMS] To quantitate and detect a recombinant gene of a Roundup Ready Soybean strain, without using an expensive real-time PCR device integrating a thermal cycler and a fluorescence detection device, such as a PCR method, quickly, easily and at low cost. Therefore, it is possible to accurately quantify and detect the above recombinant gene. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Focusing on the LAMP method or ABC-LAMP method, using these methods, newly designed primers, probes, and competitive genes that are optimal for quantifying and detecting the above recombinant genes are used. The LAMP method or ABC-LAMP method is then used to quantify and detect the recombinant gene of the Roundup Ready Soybean strain. At that time, the Le1 gene derived from soybean is similarly quantified and detected using the LAMP method or ABC-LAMP method and used as an internal standard. [Selection figure] None
