abstract |
An optical waveguide measurement system, a measurement method, and an optical waveguide sensor chip capable of improving the detection sensitivity of a measurement target substance with higher accuracy are provided. An optical waveguide measurement system according to this embodiment includes an optical waveguide having a first substance that specifically binds to a measurement target substance immobilized on the surface thereof, and a second that specifically binds to the measurement target substance. A substance and a labeling substance that causes a color development reaction are fixed, and includes magnetic fine particles having magnetism, and a magnetic field applying unit that generates a magnetic field for moving the magnetic fine particles.
