abstract A carbon nanotube powder, a method for producing the same, and a composite material are provided. A carbon nanotube powder is provided that includes carbon nanotubes that are uniformly mixed with a dispersant. The weight ratio of carbon nanotubes to dispersant is 30:70 to 90:10. The carbon nanotube has a diameter of 10 to 100 nm and an aspect ratio of 100: 1 to 5000: 1. The dispersant is an alternating copolymer, block copolymer or random copolymer obtained by polymerizing the solvation segment (A) and the carbon affinity group (B). The carbon nanotube powder is mixed with a thermoplastic material to form a composite material, and the weight ratio of the carbon nanotube to the composite material is 0.5: 100 to 50: 100.
