abstract |
Disclosed is a bone fixation device that can be inserted by being pushed into a bone and exhibits a great resistance to a pulling force and a rotational force. A shaft includes a first portion including a plurality of barb elements that are elastically deformable relative to a body of the shaft, and a second portion including a bone screw thread for engagement with bone. 7 and the like. The first portion 5 is detachably attached to the second portion 7.
