titleOfInvention | Method for producing ink jet recording material |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide excellent ink absorbability, color developability and water resistance of an image area in a water-based ink jet printer, and there is no blurring or cracking of an image even when stored under high humidity. Disclosed is a method for producing an ink jet recording material which can obtain an ink jet recording material capable of obtaining excellent print quality in a short time. In a method for producing an ink jet recording material comprising coating an ink-receiving layer containing at least one hydrophilic polymer and a crosslinking agent on a non-water-absorbing support, the ink-receiving layer is applied and dried. A method for producing an ink jet recording material, wherein an aging treatment is later performed in a reduced pressure environment having an atmospheric pressure of 800 hPa or less.
