Disclosed is a composition for improving surface properties of a polyolefin resin molded article, which can maintain excellent scratch resistance even when exposed to a harsh environment. A vinyl copolymer obtained by radical copolymerization of 50 to 90 parts by mass of nonpolar wax (A) having a melting point of 50 to 100 ° C. and two types of monomers (b1) and (b2). B) 10-50 mass parts is contained. (A) + (B) = 100 parts by mass. The monomer (b1) is styrene and / or acrylonitrile, and the monomer (b2) is a methacryloxy polyorganosiloxane represented by the general formula (1). The vinyl copolymer (B) is in the range of (b1) + (b2) = 10 to 50 parts by mass, the monomer (b1) is 0.1 to 49.9 parts by mass, and the monomer (b2) 0.1 to 9.9 parts by mass. 0.5 to 10 parts by mass of the surface property improving agent composition is added to 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin resin.
