PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic which is excellent in emulsification stability and emulsion stability over time and excellent in feeling of use such as non-stickiness. An oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic comprising the following (a) to (d): (A) One or more amphiphilic substances selected from (a1) to (a3) (a1) Amphiphilic proteins (a2) 2-acrylamido-2methylpropanesulfonic acid or a salt thereof / vinylpyrrolidone (A3) A microgel obtained by dissolving a water-soluble ethylenically unsaturated monomer in a dispersed phase in a composition having an organic solvent or oil as a dispersion medium and water as a dispersed phase, and radical polymerization in the dispersed phase. The microgel obtained by radical polymerization of dimethylacrylamide and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid under the condition that the microgel forms a one-phase microemulsion or a fine W / O emulsion with a surfactant.
