titleOfInvention | Lighting device |
abstract | The present invention efficiently reduces non-visual effects. An illumination device includes a light source, a light source control unit, an estimation unit, a first calculation unit, and a second calculation unit. The light source includes a plurality of light emitters having different spectral distributions. The estimation unit estimates a spectral reflectance of an object irradiated with light emitted from a light source. The first calculation unit calculates a first evaluation value representing the appropriateness of the color of the object perceived by the eye based on the spectral distribution and the spectral reflectance. The second calculation unit calculates a second evaluation value representing the magnitude of the influence of the irradiation light other than vision based on the spectral distribution. The light source control unit determines light emission intensity in which the first evaluation value and the second evaluation value satisfy a predetermined constraint condition, and controls light emission of the light emitter.
