abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide eggshell membrane powder having lysyl oxidase activity. [Solution] The eggshell membrane powder of the present invention has lysyl oxidase activity and has an average particle size of 300 μm or less measured by laser diffraction particle size distribution measurement. The lysyl oxidase activity is preferably such that the production rate of benzaldehyde is 0.01 nmol / mg · min or more when benzylamine is used as a substrate. The number of viable bacteria contained in the eggshell membrane powder is preferably 1.0 × 10 5 cfu / g or less. [Selection figure] None |
