Materials and methods for minimally invasive administration of cell-containing flowable compositions |
abstract |
Provided are materials and methods for minimally invasive administration of cell-containing flowable compositions. The disclosed invention provides that cell-based therapies are clinical sequelae associated with vascular intervention or cardiovascular disease, particularly obstructive thrombosis, restenosis, intimal hyperplasia, inflammation and vasodilatation. It is based on the discovery that it can be used to treat, recover, manage and / or reduce the progression of The present invention further allows an implantable flowable composition not previously described to maintain a fully viable population of confluent cells, and also increases the clinical efficacy or viability of the cells. It would benefit from the further discovery that it can be effectively administered by minimally invasive surgical procedures without reduction. The disclosed invention can be used for the treatment of the vasculature as well as non-vascular tubular structures such as the fallopian tube. [Selection] Figure 1 |
