titleOfInvention | P glycoprotein excretion inhibitor |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a P-glycoprotein excretion function inhibitor capable of suppressing a drug taken into a cell from being discharged out of the cell by active transport. An excretion function inhibitor of P-glycoprotein contains milnacipran as an active ingredient. Since the P-glycoprotein excretion function inhibitor of the present invention can suppress the excretion function of P-glycoprotein, the effect of the drug can be enhanced by using it together with an agent that is a substrate for P-glycoprotein.
